How can I get ready faster in the morning?

My morning routine is:
5 minutes- relaxing in bed.
10 minutes- Eating breakfast.
12 minutes- Working out.
30 minutes- Watching TV.
1 hour-Shower.
4 minutes- Getting dressed.
2 minutes- Brushing teeth.
9 minutes- Putting in contact lenses.
15 minutes-Applying make up.
35 minutes-Drying and Styling hair.
12 minutes- Taking off nail polish and repainting my nails.
5 minutes- Letting my nails dry.
16 minutes-Playing wii.
8 minutes- Walking to school.
