Is there a way I can find a seller of a package I received?

Basically I got a package today & I thought it was an item I ordered about a week ago but it wasn't. It was a random item (contact lens kit) but the item description on the label says 'Card'. I ordered 4 different items (4 different sellers) from eBay & nowhere on the label does it give a clue to which seller it came from so I can contact them.

Could I have glacouma?

So I'm 18 years old and I wear contact lenses. I had an eye exam last week the doctor checked my eyes and eye pressure and said "good" after checking each eye. After the test she gave me my contact lens prescription. However she wants me to come back the next week to have a field vision test for glacouma. My grandmother has glacouma. Does the doctor suspect me for having it? Please answer I'm so nervous and I'm thinking about skipping the field vision test.

Out of curiousity, What would be a reason that a person wear contact lenses, but can't wear glasses?

my insurance provider said that they only would cover contact lenses if doctor says you can't wear glasses. My question is, why would be a reason that someone would need contact lenses, instead of glasses? ( I just bought my contact prescription and bought 4 boxes, but i'm curious)

How do I survive without glasses or contact lens for a day?

Basically my glasses broke & getting them repaired is gonna take a while. I don't wear contacts & don't want to try them. Anything a metre away from me starts to get blurry for me. I can survive without my glasses if I'm not going out or seeing anything from a far distance. The thing is I've got school tomorrow & I don't know how it's going to be for me. Any tips or tricks?
