I hardly ever go out on weekends?

I'm a teenager and I go to school and I socialise fine with my friends, and when the weekend comes I just like to lay in, watch tv, do homework, read and relax.
I'll only ever go out if I need to run errands like picking prescriptions or contact lenses up, go to the library, or going to a birthday/occasion meal with family.

Personally, I'm fine with doing this, but the reason why I am asking this question is because people often asking me if I'm up to anything on the weekend, how my weekend was, etc. Today somebody said to me "I can't believe I'm not doing anything this weekend…"
I was like okay?

What do people do on weekends? Even if teens do just hang out with friends, what do they do? I genuinely have no clue to be honest, and where do they get the money from?

How to decide which pair of contacts?

I went to the eye dr. Yesterday and got a trial pair of contacts, and I think that the prescription is wrong… So today I went and got a second opinion and they gave me a different prescription (which definitely seems more accurate) and different lenses. I'm supposed to go back to the first place next week, and I want to try out both pairs of lenses. What's the best way to try both equally and compare them equally?

What's the difference between 1 day coloured contact lenses to 1 month?

Glasses give me headache but contacts don't?

I just had my eyes check about a month ago and had new lenses put in. They gave me a headache so they re-checked my eyes. They changed the left lens. But they still give me a headache.

I do stair at the computer a lot but she said I don't need a different prescription for that now.

Should I call them back again? Or is that going to be annoying to them? I did pay like 200 dollars for just the lenses.

Could it be the frame? One of the ladies said the curve of my frame might be the cause. They are Oakley. But I don't see how that would be the cause.

Should glasses rub against your cheeks?

Should glasses rub against your cheeks?
Added (1). They rub up against my cheeks whenever I smile. When I don't, they feel fine. It's just annoying I guess. I've went to get them adjusted many times but nothing seems to help.

What in my eye glasses contains cancer causing chemicals?

I bought a pair of kaleidoscope glasses at a costume shop like these:
What in my eye glasses contains cancer causing chemicals

But by the company "Retro Pop"

On the tag it says: California Proposition 65 Warning
Warming: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Does anybody have an guess what could be that chemical on these glasses and on what part of the glasses? I m wondering if it s something on the plastic that touches my skin or if it s on the lens, in which case no big deal. My first guess is that it s the irredescent coating on the lens.

I can t find a website for the company to ask them. If someone could find this info that would be helpful too. "Retro Pop"

Which Kylo Ren helmet should I buy? Disney Store, Target, or Toys R Us?

Here's some specifications on the difference between them. The Disney Store one is the cheapest, and it isn't a full helmet, but it comes with a hood that covers up the back. The eyepiece is a lens that blackens out your eyes, and I like that. The Target one is pretty basic. It has a fishwire eyepiece and it could probably blacken your eyes out most of the time, but it can be pretty easy to see them. The Toys R Us one is the most expensive ($80) It looks the best, but the voice changer is absolute ****. I think this one might also be approved by the 501st. I'm not sure though. The Target one might be the same price. And the Disney Store one is $20.

How bad do your eyes have to be for you to wear 6.0 glasses?

So I'm curious how bad your eyes have to be for you to wear 6.0 diopetres in your glasses. I wear 2.50 in my left eye and 2.75 in my right eye, and I struggle to see 3 metres in front of me without it being blurry. I'm also asking this as I have a really important eye test coming up soon, and I need to pass it, and obviously before I go to the test I wanted to ask on here to see if anybody could settle my nerves a little bit. People with 6.0 diopetres, do they struggle to see there hand at arms length without it being blurry? I can see my hand perfectly at arms length. As I said, I really, really need to pass this test. It affects my future if I don't, quite heavily.
Added (1). Also I don't have any problems with my eyes like glaucoma. I have to wear glasses full time.
Added (2). Also, how strong to your lenses have to be for you to be classes as legally blind?
Added (3). For me to be prescribed 6.0 glasses, on the Snellen Eye Chart, which letter must I be able to see? I can see the second to third row down on the chart when in the opticians.

Flash blindness. Can it be damaging?

About 30 minutes ago I decided to take a photo of my eye using my iPhone 6, by putting my eye right up to the lens. The flash was left on and although I looked away from the flash into the lens, it was enough for me to have a spot in my vision for about 15 minutes, but since then my eye has felt a little weird. The spots have all cleared up but I my eye still feels a little weird. It may be my paranoia but I want to know for sure if it's normal? Will it get better after a while? Thanks in advance.

Why do my eyes sting so bad (contact lenses)?

I take good care of them and have been wearing them for about 2 years. This morning they were stinging so bad like 10 minutes after I put it in. They were bothering me all my 1st period so I had to go to the school nurse and throw them out. I took them out at my eyes are still burning like hell. What is causing this?

Why won't my doctor correct my vision to 6/5?

So I went for my routine contact lens aftercare eye checkup today, and the doctor started testing my eyes with different lenses to reevaluate my lens power.

At one point I could read the very last line of his test chart, bright and clear. But he changed lenses until I could only read up to the line above the last line, and wrote those (weaker) lenses in my prescription.

On asking he said my vision becomes 20/15 if he's using -5.75 lenses, and is 20/20 if he's using -5.5 lenses. 20/20 is the standard vision of a normal eye and he wouldn't prescribe me 20/15 lenses as this is "not required".

But what's the harm? Why wouldn't he correct my eyes to 20/15?

Now neither an optician nor an online contact lens seller is agreeing to give me -5.5 contact lenses, they will just give -5.25 as the prescription reads "Spectacle power:-5.50DSPH/No Cyl/Add 0, CL params: -5.25DSPH/No Cyl/BC:8.6/DIA:14.2/Alcon O2 Optix/Modality:planned monthly, VA:20/20" for both eyes.

Why won't he correct my eyes to 20/15? Why?
