Particle in contact lenses?

Today is day three of wearing contact lenses. I'm not home and I was looking in the mirror and I can see a little particle in the lense, though it's not affecting my vision. I stupidly didn't bring a spare case or my solution with me. Will I be safe until I get home?

I have the contacts that are only good for about 2 weeks and I have had them in the solution and even though I don't wear them I still clean them I have had them for way more than 2 weeks but I need to wear them tomorrow. Can i?

How to shorten my morning routine?!

I start school in a few weeks and need to shorten down my morning routine! Help!
My morning routine:
Waking up (takes about 15 minutes for me to fully wake up. I like to stay in bed for a bit too!)
Jogging (45 minutes)
Doing WII fit (25 minutes)
Stretching (15 minutes)
Exercise bike (15 minutes)
Shower (50 minutes)
Drying my hair (30 minutes)
Getting some more sleep (20 minutes)
Putting in contact lenses (1 minute)
Getting dressed, putting on jewelry deodorant and shoes (3 minutes)
Styling my hair (15 minutes)
Putting on makeup (30 minutes)
Catching up on the news of my favorite celebs (15 minutes)
Painting my nails (20 minutes)
Making and enjoying breakfast (30 minutes)
Calling my boyfriend ( usually15 minutes)
Making lunch (10 minutes)

Contacts to change eye color?

So not long ago I heard about contacts that change your eye color. I've been trying to track them down, but with no luck. So my question is 1. Where would I get a pair of these contacts, 2. Will they damage the eye, and 3. Do they have them in "non-prescription" form.

So I have always wanted Contact lenses and since I work now, I think I owe it to myself to get them! :) Where can i find a place that is cheap since I dont have insurance this will be coming out of my pocket. Can I keep using contact lens solution that was left open for a day?

I think I accidentally forgot to close a bottle of contact lens solution in the morning and only noticed it at 10 pm. I have to take off my contacts to go to sleep and I was wondering if it's unsafe to keep using it.

Convert toric prescription to spherical prescription?

I know that it won't be as equivalent to toric lenses, but I want to be able to buy these specific colored contact lenses for occasional wear that only use spherical prescriptions.

Is there a certain formula that is used to convert toric to spherical?

My prescription:

Right eye
D: -1.00
CYL/AXIS: -0.75 / 170
BC: 8.5
DIA: 14.5

Left eye
D: +0.00
CYL/AXIS: -2.25 / 180
BC: 8.5
DIA: 14.5

Is it worth buying anti-reflective glasses?

Hello,
are anti-reflective glasses beneficial for reducing eye strain when looking at the screen? I'm using the computer practically every day for long periods and due to this, dark circles have developed under my eyes. Also, it's worth mentioning that I usually don't wear glasses and I have never had the need of using them. As far as I'm aware, antii-reflective attributes do indeed reduce eye strain when staring at the screen, but only if you normally wear glasses. This is why I wonder if there is any difference between not using glasses and using anti-reflective glasses.

Green contact lenses on hazel eye?

I personally don't like how dark eyed people look with blue or gray contact lenses. My eyes are hazel with green, yellow and brown colors, would green contact lenses look cheesy on me?
(They are good lenses, known pricy brand)

Why do I feel like there's something in my eye every time I take my contact lenses out?

I recently got monthly contacts (probably a month ago) and I noticed that every time I take them out, I feel like there's something in my eye. I've tried washing them, keeping them closed or open, rubbing them, etc. I know I'm not supposed to rub them, but it just hurts so much sometimes.cis it because the contacts scratched my eye? Thanks

Why do I see blurry after taking my colored contact lenses out?

I just got my colored lenses today & I wore them for 2hrs because it was uncomfortable & it was blurry & when I took them out it was still blurry.

My eyes are red after wearing contacts?

By that, I don't mean swollen eyes or something. Today was my first day of wearing contacts and after using it after 5 hours, small mini veins surrounded the round lens. I took the contacts off, and it's still there. I am a 14-year-old girl.

How long does it take to make disposable contact lenses?

So if I have an eye appointment on Friday and I'm getting disposable contacts, how long would it take for them to be made?

I'd really like to have them before the 22nd because I'm going on a 4 day trip out of town for band camp, and we're going to be out in the blazing sun for most of the day. It'd be nice to have them by then because my glasses's transition lenses aren't very dark and I prefer to have normal sunglasses (which don't fit over glasses, unfortunately).

Any help would be appreciated!

Has anyone tried sterling grey air optix colored contact lenses?

I have medium brown eyes with a greenish tint. I am really excited to try them. I have an olive skin tone and medium brown eyes. I want to have contacts that stand out but don't look too fake. Thanks!

Conch piercing (cartilage) feels numb/odd…what is it? An infection or alergic reaction?

I got my conch piercing a week and a half ago at a good piercing shop. It was pretty good besides the one day it hurt which was the day after i got it. But thats normal. However, for about two days my ear has started to feel odd. It felt numb, when i touched it i could feel it but it feels not right. I had a blue/ purple bruise (i think) around the stud for about a week and it is fading. However the numbness seems to get worse. I have been cleaning my ears twice daily; once with contact lenses solution(my piercer said i could use that) and a sea salt and water soultion at night for 5 mins. I have not touched the piercing a lot. The only bad thing i did was go to a lake however i wore an ear cap so not alot of water went on my ear. But some did. I am wondering what is wrong with my ear. Why does it feel numb (it doesnt hurt it just feels numb).is it an early stage of infection? Or is it an allergic reaction ( i had pierced my ear lobes twice when i was younger and got an allergic reaction from sliver and gold. I do not know what type of metal they used. If it is an allergic reaction can i change it to a silicon or titanium stud evem though it has been only a week and a half? I heard your suppose to keep the original piercing for at least four months for a conch piercing. Please Help!

After i take it out from my eye and place it in the case with solution, how long can i keep it in before i use it again? Is keeping it in there for more than a day okay? A week? Thanks.

Acathomeba keratitis?! Contact lens wearers?

So I went for a dip in this poOl ( water was kinda murky) and I dipped my head in the water and opened my eyes before realizing that I had on my contacts I took them off about 5 min later but now I'm paranoid I. Added (1). It's not that my lenses are deformed because I tried changing them. It's just my right eye. When I take the lenses out and switch to glasses, my eyes feel fine.

ok so I went to go get new contact lenses today, the lady prepping my order told me I must get lenses for astigmatism in my left eye as well. I only had it in my right eye last year, but apparently I have it in both. Is she right?

My left eye hurts alot! Help?

My left eye hurts, I think its on the top or in the back of my eye. It feels like a headache. My vision for my left eye goes down to as my doctor says. It comes and goes. When I close my eyes, its not there but when I open it, it hurts. What is this and wht can I do about it? I also wear contact lenses, I just started about 3 days ago.
