Contact lens irritating right eye?

So one day i put up my lens as normal and as soon as it got into my eye it started to sting and burn everytime i blink so i removed and put it again after some time… From that day since whenever i put my right eye lens i can feel it i mean that it remains always wet its not as normal as left eye… In left eye it feels like normal lens but in right irritates so i went up to doctor and she told that i dont clean up the lens properly and has protein deposits.sometimes when i blink it gets a lil blurry. So the question comes in my mind is why only right eye and not left ones. She examined and my lens is not torn its absolutely perfect. I put my right lens in left eye and it was fine… So it seems like somethings problem with my eye… Is it possible that one eye produces more protein then the other? Or is it something problem with my eye?
Its my 4th week with contact-soft conventional yearly disposable.
Please help
Added (1). There no seems any infection as i have currently no sensitive to light or red eye(infection symptoms)… Its juz lens irritating eye

Can you wear contact lenses while welding?

I got contact lenses and I am in high school. I have welding class in school and I have heard that you should not weld with contact lenses. I have heard myths of them getting "welded" to your eyes as a result of the heat during welding but I have never tried it so I don't know. I always have my helmet on and also safety glasses while welding but sometimes my welding partners like to joke around and flash me with the welding rod which I find dangerous and stupid of them. I heard that it would be even more dangerous with contact lenses but I don't really know why.

Also, it is not my last class of the day so I could not take them out and then put them back in since that would be a very big hassle for me. I would rather just not wear contacts if that would be my only choice.

Thanks in advance. Thanks You. :)
