Make up for dark-blue eyes?

Okay, so… I have these dark blue circle lenses, and I realized I've no idea how to do make-up for blue eyes. I have light brown/blondish hair, but I'm going back to my natural black colour soon.
So can you give me make up ideas for dark blue eyes with pale skin, and blonde AND black hair?

Memo: I shouldn't have to do this, but I know I'm going to have to. Circle lenses ARE SAFE as long as you don't act like a retarded-idiot on stupid pills. This means taking proper care of them, and obeying the rules. If people have actually gone blind from wearing them, well, then it's the parents fault for letting their kids wear them when they're not mature enough to take care of them.

Contact lenses, scared of getting it in and out?

So i got my first contacts and i was able to get it in and out while the doctor was there but i got home and tried putting it in and then i got this fear that i would be too scared to take it out and so i would have to leave it in. So i can't even put it in anymore because i'm so scared… Any advice?
