Is there anti-glare spray for glasses?

My glasses were $400, with transitions. With bright fluorescents and sunlight putting glares on my glasses and hurting my eyes, I would love to have anti reflective lenses. But I haven't even had these glasses for 7 months and I am NOT willing to pay a ton of money for a new pair.
Is there any way I could put a coating or something of the sort on myself?

Can wearing contacts before lasik mess my eyes up?

how bad did I **** up? I wore soft toric contact lenses for 1 day. 1 week later I did an appointment for lasik surgery where they measure my eyes. And then another week later I had eye surgery. My question is how long does it take for your eyes to return to normal shape after wearing contact lenses for one day?

I'm disgusted with myself?

For the past few years, my self esteem has gotten worse and worse. I feel gross compared to other people and always wonder about why I seem to look so disgusting. I have acne, and acne all scars all along my chin and my cheeks and even on back, I have a big ugly shaped nose, I have small eyes that I think are pretty but I'm pretty blind (nearsighted) and so my glasses make my eyes even smaller from the lenses, I'm not overweight at all but I feel huge, my hair is super dry and is uneven with split ends. My point is I can't seem to find anything about myself I like, cause it's not just my looks that I dislike (I'm shy and have trouble warming up to people because I'm insecure) I feel like people always tend to ignore me after a while. I have no confidence in myself.

Storing contacts during very long naps? Which ones can you do that with? Okay to everyday?

Hello! This is about contact lenses. I know you are not supposed to sleep in contact lenses. I am able to take long naps during the day (over two hours) but am wanting to wear my contacts out for the rest of the day or evening. Will storing them while I nap every day and then storing them again at night be too much wear on the lens or cause some kind of complication/infection due to coming in and out? Perhaps I could get extended wear. That way, I would be okay to nap in them and then I could just store them that one time at nighttime and not have to worry about wearing them out? I was advised that dailies couldn't hold up to being taken in and out. Please advise. Thanks.

sleeping with contact lens how dangerous is it? An article says it can damage or scratch the cornea and increases the activity of active microorganisms

Will my eyes adjust to prescription lenses stronger than my current prescription over time?

This may sound really bizarre, and maybe stupid to some folks. But I am actually serious about doing this. I want to try make my eyesight worse. If my idea works, I hope to achieve my goal in 5 years, since I am eligible for new glasses every year. Again, this will sound stupid to some, but I'm going to try… I went online and bought multiple pairs of prescription swim goggles ranging from -3.0 to -10.0. Since I am not working right now, I am at home all day; and figure I would just wear the goggles instead of my glasses, except for when I need to go out, or around people. My hope is that I will be able to make my eyes adjust from my current prescription of -2.0 and get to -10.0 step by step. I truly want to make myself extremely visually impaired, and I am serious about it.

I was lazy to take them out (regret that now) and had a nap for about an hour and half. When I woke up I took them off. I am wearing glasses now but my eyes slightly hurt. Should I go to the doctor?

Contact lenses- My eye is red?

It is weird. It ONLY happens with my right eye, not my left. Whenever I put in my contact lens in my right eye, my eye becomes really red and irritated for 5 seconds or even less. I usually just dab some contact lens fluid into my eye and it goes away in seconds like I said. What could be the cause of this? I have the 2 week contact lens and my contacts are now on the 6th day.

What can I use to clean my nose piercing?

So I got my nose pierced today and I was wondering what can I use to clean my nose piercing? I don't have sea salt or contact lens solution. My friend told me that Hydrogen Peroxide works fine that she used it for her belly piercing. I don't know if its okay to use that? I've also heard Vaseline works good as well but not to sure if it does?

I've had glasses for about 4 months. My glasses prescription reads -0.50 in both eyes. Today, I got fitted for contacts. They examined my eyes, and they got -0.50 in both eyes again. The contacts they gave me were -0.75. Is that correct? I noticed blurry vision on my drive home and when I look at my cell phone screen, it almost has a double-vision effect. I also have a headache. I've had the lenses in for about 4-5 hours now. I called the office, and they said that -0.75 is correct and to give it a week until my follow up appointment to see if my eyes just needed to get used to them. Shouldn't my prescription be lower since the contacts are directly on my eyes and not a few inches in front of them like my glasses are? Does anyone have any feedback or advice?
Added (1). Yes, my glasses are -0.50. I get headaches if I don't wear them. But now I feel like these contacts are too strong

How important is it to get a new glasses prescription?

I haven't been prescribed new lens in around 4 years. I had my eyes checked 3 months ago and was told my sight has diminished and I need new glasses. Unfortunately, I don't have the money to get them and won't until january. Is continuing to use my current glasses having a bad permanent effect on my eyes?
