My eye is really blurry. Help?

I don't wear glasses or contact lenses. Since about a month ago, every day after waking up I've had really bad blurred vision in my right eye. I have tried cleaning it with water and other methods, but it doesn't work. It usually stays for a few hours but today I've had it all day. Is it anything to worry about?

Can you wear contact lenses to make your eyes look a different colour? Are they safe?

I do not need contact lenses for any purpose. My vision is fine. I just want to make my eyes look blue (they are currently brown).

Also, if they do exist, are they safe?

Is there any risk to damaging your eyes?

Should I go to my optometrist of my eyes keep getting dry and blurry with my contacts in?

So I got my contacts about a week ago and my eyes seem to get blurry and dry should I schedule an appointment? I'm afraid if I wear them to school people will say I look weird or something. Should I wear my contact lenses to school? Should I stick with glasses?

Do you have to see an optician before getting coloured contact lenses?

My eyesight is fine, no need for glasses or anything like that, however, Comic con is coming up and I really want to get coloured contacts! When I went to order them online (don't worry, it's a safe sight - products are great, from what I've heard) it mentioned something about 'Power'? I'm guessing that means the strength of the contact lenses? I don't know.-. Does an optician have to measure my eyes and such before I order them?

Thank you ~

Do you need to change the multipurpose contact lense solution everyday so it's fresh?

I have a pair of coloured contact lenses for cosplay, they are yearlys & non prescription. I only wear them for cosplaying. They have been stored in solution in their case for about 2 months now. I need them soon for an upcoming cosplay, are they still safe to wear if I rinse them in fresh soultion and then after store them in new soultion? Or are they no longer good because I had them stored for 2 months without changing the liquid daily?

Will wearing Ortho-K lenses in the daytime work?

I d been using Ortho-K lenses at night for about 2 years, but usually didn t get enough sleep (8 hours is what he recommended, I ve heard 6 mostly from others). My doctor suggested for me to start wearing lenses in the day. We talked and ended up ordered new lenses for the daytime wearing. My vision has been more clear than ever before while wearing the lenses at night but discomfort is a problem. It s hard to wear them for so long throughout my day, and they fall out often after I rub or touch my eyes (I am trying to do this less often but sometimes the lenses just feel weird). I ve read that wearing them in the day could shape different parts of the cornea depending on where the lenses are resting. It s only been a few days and don t know whether or not to expect to have clear vision after I take them out in the evening. The reason I m wearing them over other correctional lenses is to prevent my vision from getting worse. Are these lenses even supposed to be worn in the day?

What do they do in the second appointment for contact lenses?

So i have recently got contacts and at the moment I have trial lenses. I have had to wear them for the past three days and had to make another appointment with the optometrist and i was wondering what they are going to do. Check up? Make sure there are no infections?

Would lasik fix Accomodative Esotropia?

I have Astigmatism along with near sightedness or far sightedness (I'm not sure which, as ridiculous as it sounds, I don't even remember since I was diagnosed when I was very young.) I also have Accomodative Esotropia, which is fixed whenever I'm wearing any type of corrective lens (glasses or contacts.)

I'd like to consider lasik whenever I'm old enough (I'm 16 now,) but I'm just worried that if I get my vision corrected, the Accomodative Esotropia will remain and I'll be stuck with my eyes like that since I won't be wearing any corrective lens to fix it.

Sorry if this question is confusing at all, thanks:)

How often and how long can you wear circle lenses safely?

I'm getting circle lenses for the first time, and I'd like to wear them everyday to school, so that means about 5 times a week. I most likely will not wear them on the weekends at all. The thing is, I read you're not supposed to be wearing circle lenses for more than 8 hours, and I go to school for 7 hours. I will have to be wearing them a little bit before and after school as well, so that means they're probably be on for a little longer than 8 hours, maybe even almost 9 hours. Is this safe? Should I just not wear circle lenses daily? Or should I switch between circle lenses and contacts each day or something?

Daily disposable contact Help?

ok, so I wear daily disposable contact lenses. I have no more, but I desperately need them tomorrow. My mother did not yet order me more, and neither of us can try to get any because of her going to work and me going to classes early in the morning. Now I took one from the trash, and put it in contact solution the eye doctors gave me when I got contacts. (the solution isn't old though.) now I KNOW this is a terrible terrible idea, and possibly couldn't really damage my eye. But does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I don't have glasses, but I'm getting a pair soon but that's no help at all. I just have no idea what to do, is there even anything I could do?

New glasses for about a month causing dizziness and blurriness?

I ve had new glasses for a little over a month and they re causing some irritation. The glasses are not the biggest, so if I move my eyes move down, I m not looking through the lens. So when I got the glasses, I noticed some dizziness and blurriness but brushed it off. However, its still happening after a little over a month. Is it normal? I do plan on getting contacts soon. Thank you.

Can you do lasik eye surgery on one eye?

I used to watch TV with my right eye only at a young age because our couch was perpendicular to the TV and I used to watch sideways so I can only read with my right eye when somethings right in my face. For my left eye I can read characters from a novel a foot away. Would I be able to do lasik eye surgery on my right eye only that way if its a fail I m down to lose sight in my right eye but if its a success my right eye should become my dominant eye and I can do left eye later. I know if I m serious surgery I d goto a doctor but I m 19 now and just considering doing it when I m older.
I have the same pair of glasses since 16 (for my license (Its much stronger on the right lens. And I havn t really been using until recently in the last two years where I use it primarily in classes where teachers write on the board. By the end of this year I m going to get a new pair of glasses.

Why are the corners of my eyes red?

I wear Freshkon monthly colour contacts and I've been experiencing redness in the corners. I took an eye exam and saw the doctor. He said everything's fine with my eyes and gave me an eyedrop. But I'm still experiencing redness in my eye corners. When I wear daily contacts, it's not very visible but when I wear colour lens, it's visible. Am i not suitable for colour contacts?

Can you wear EXPIRED contact lenses. (Colored)?

Ok so I use colored contact lenses on a regular basis, and right now I have these monthly lenses that ive been wearing for almost an additional month past the expiration date.
I just ordered new lenses but they will take up to a month to arrive, can I use my expired lenses until then?

I have yet to feel any exaggerated discomfort using the expired ones and I take very good care of them.
