Which of these twp cups of coffee is healthier?

1: coffee with 1/3 cup almond milk + 1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar

2: coffee with 1/3 cup sugar-free flavored coffee creamer from a brand like International Delight.

I drink at least 2 cups of coffee per day. I don't have any dietary restrictions and I'm very healthy overall. I'm thin and active. I know that the healthiest way to drink coffee would be black or with just a splash of milk but I don't like it that way; I'm not looking for the healthiest way to have coffee, just the healthier option out of the two above. :) Thanks. :)

Anywhere I can get contacts that act as sunglasses?

Want to be able to play sports outside without having to be blinded by the sun. Sunglasses are good, but they tend to fall off easily and give horrible tan lines. I know Nike used to sell them but they got discontinued a while ago. Does anyone know where I can get any type of contact lenses that act like sunglasses?

Is it absolutely necessary to switch to silicone lenses?

I've been using contacts since 1999. Started with yearly lenses that came in small glass bottles, and then in 2005 my doctor switched me to monthly disposables that come in blister packs. All my lenses were normal (old technology) lenses, and I was very comfortable in them. I've never slept wearing the lenses, followed my doctor's guidelines to the dot, and have never had a single eye infection in all these years.

Now, I have a problem. I go for routine checkups once every year- although my power has remained stable for almost 10 years now but my doc said since I use contacts I must come once every year to make sure everything's fine. My old doctor has moved to a new city half way across the nation and I'm forced to see a new doctor. This new doctor immediately discarded my old prescription and switched me to silicone lenses (new technology). And these new ones don't quite feel right. I have lens awareness- I can feel the lenses in my eyes. After 15 days of trial he checked my eyes again and said everything's fine and this feeling of lens in eyes will disappear after a while, and wrote me a one year prescription.

It's been 3 months, and the strange feeling is still present. To top it off, my left eye is beginning to hurt AFTER removing the lens. And just now when I checked in the mirror, I see a white circular ring around the colored part of the eye- it's like the lens is leaving an impression on the white part of the eye, where the edge of the lens sits.
Added (1). I went back to him after 15 days of trial, and the white ring on "sclera" was not present back then- i just saw it today after 3 months of wear- that's probably the reason why my new doc didn't understand it's a wrong fit. But he checked the lens fit using his instruments- even without the pressure-ring present, wouldn't he still be able to understand the lens is not a proper fit? Weird. Perhaps I need to see a different doctor. I miss my old doc, he was excellent:-(

Unreal Engine 4 and 2 gaming computer options. Which one is better? Will either of them work?

I want to create games and mini movies for friends and small groups w not even for profit of any kind. I d still like the products to be decent though. I've seen the links for the recommended hardware but I'm trying to keep my budget around $1000, maybe only a little higher than that and this is what I came up with.

This will be the first time I've built a computer, so any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to tamper with what I linked if you feel like you could make it more efficient or cheaper but will still work. I'm open to suggestions. I saw the recommended hardware section on the Unreal Engine 4 site but I'm still unsure of which of these computers is the better option.

How can I get the protein I need?

I'm vegan, but my family does my support this. I'm a tween still, but I've been vegan for almost a month. I'm 12 and I only weigh 70-80 lbs! My mother never buys good protein sources except meat, and I can't eat eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of my life. At school there's a meat free option, but I'm starting to question the ingredients… XD! How can I get the protein I need without eating eggs and school lunches forever?

(My mother "forgets" bread every time she goes to the store, even if I put it on the shopping list, so bread is not an option.)

How to tell if my contact lens is in? - 1

I was nearly blind. After cataract surgery, I have astigmatism. I have contacts for it. Up close I must wear reading glasses. I can't see the contacts. How do I know if one is in?

I removed the right one. My wife has poor lose up vision as well. She can't see if the lens is still in my left eye, or did it go down the sink?

Should I feel guilty about eating out?

I'm in the Air Force and they provide us at no cost three meals a day.

For lunch and breakfast you have a cold option and a hot option. (Cold option is lunch meat, or cereal most days).

For dinner you get a choice of two meats and sometimes there will be several vegetables that you get to choose from and sometimes you're stuck with what they have.

It doesn't happen a lot but sometimes, I won't like either of the options and then I go out to eat. Or sometimes I'l have something to do and go out to eat.

But I always feel a little guilty paying for a meal when there's a free one for me.

Leopard Gecko- Live vs Freeze Dried Crickets?

I have a juvenile Leopard Gecko who readily eats both live and freeze dried crickets. However I would prefer to just stick to one option as I'm not sure on the complete pros and cons of both. I don't mind the cost and care of live crickets. Any advice is very much appreciated. TIA!

Where can I buy circle lenses in Osaka?

Japan is home of circle lenses, right? I'll be making a trip to Osaka, Japan for a couple of days late this month, and I need to know where I can get circle lenses from there. Any shops? Preferably near Umeda as that's where my hotel's located.

And also, this may seem far-fetched, but any of these speak English? Or how do I go about ordering a pair of contacts in Japanese? Thanks you guys!
Added (1). Oh, I'm talking about those coloured contact lenses that can make your eyes look bigger that are avaliable in various designs, colours and diameters.

Anyone have any idea? Or can I just go into an optical shop and ask to purchase a pair?

I saw these beautiful reading glasses that really looked nice, but i do not need glasses to see. I would just like to wear them comercially since they look nice. I don't want to ruin my eyes with the prescription it has on it. I rhink it was 1.00 or .50 or 2.00, i don't really remember. Is there anyway to remove whatever makes it a prescription reading glasses? Thanks

Why isn't the military option more emphasized in school?

Like, if you look at all the benefits you, it's way better than going straight to college. You get paid to learn and work, and you leave with good pay and EXPERIENCE, not just experience, MILITARY
job experience which is very respected
and which is what college students are missing. And if you decide to go to college afterwards, you go for free?! That s almost TOO awesome. Of course, the military isn't for everyone but high schools should definitely show students that the option. I'm only learning all this after I realized how much I hate college, and $30K in debt, why didn't they tell me this earlier! I'm really considering

Small black dot on white part of eye

So a few days ago a black spot magically appeared on my eye and it hurts so much when I close my eye it's nearly impossible to sleep. I rubbed over the spot with my contact lens and it really feels like it's inside my eye please help I don't know what t is!
