How to raise money for strabismus surgery?

I developed a bad case of double vision my freshman year of high school and currently still have double vision, I was told I had strabismus and the only way to solve it was prism lenses. I can't take wearing lenses anymore, my eyes are constantly sore and I feel like they hold me back so much, I feel like I stand out and I just wanna be able to see correctly and for my eyes not to be crossed in every picture, I'm so desperate.

I work at Jason's deli making minimum wage and I've read the average cost is 8000$ I don't have that kind of money, and i don't receive eye insurance and neither does my mom, is there a quick way to make money for eye surgery?

Are there any brown contacts that ARE NOT circle lenses?

I already have brown circle lenses and have been searching everywhere for some normal brown contacts. I have blue eyes and wear coloured lenses regularly but im desperate for some realistic brown ones. The most common realistic contacts seem to be blue, green and grey but finding brown contacts that aren't circle lenses seems impossible.I'd just stick to my circle ones only they don't cover all of the blue of my eye, only the edge and although it looks cool, i'd love to just have brown ones that cover all of the blue. If any could help it would be great!

I need to shower with contacts on, how should I shower when I have contacts?

I know you're not suppose to wear your contact lenses when you shower but I have Dailies TOTAL 1 contacts so I don't have contact case/solution. In the morning, I wake up at 4AM to go to the gym because the rest of the day I'm busy and I need my contacts to drive to the gym and to exercise or my vision will be extremely blurry. When I'm done working out at the gym I typically take a shower. I cannot take off my contacts without the case and I need to shower. How would I go about when I'm showering with my contact lenses?
Added (1). UPDATE: If there is no other way but to take off the contacts, does it matter what contact solution I use? When I had monthly contact lenses and I used the wrong solution, it would burn my eye. I'm wondering if it would be applicable for this too. If not I will buy contact solution and a case to take them off before I shower.

Can you still wear contact lenses when riding a roller coaster?

May sound like a funny question but im new to the contact lens scene. Im just wondering if it'll be fine wearing them especially when going on proper thrilling rides. My contacts already go out of place when the wind blows hard! So im wondering wil it to the same on rides?

How to make yourself nearsighted?

Ok, first of all I know it's stupid, but my very best friend wants to become nearsighted! I don't want her to do it but she insist! I told her it was dumb and that her eyes are so precious! Also I have glasses and I HATE them! They are the worst, anyways she knows what se wants, real prescription glasses! Not fake ones with clear lenses or anything and not reading glasses from the dollar store! She needs it in the next month cuz she has an eye appointment then! And she's wondering if nothing works can she fake an eye test! Please only answer if you hav a deffinate answer!

After LASEK eye surgery, when can I go back to the gym?

Not going to the gym is really bugging me. I had LASEK last Saturday, and now it is Thursday (I live in S. Korea). I just had the protective lenses taken out and I will finally be able to wash my face tomorrow (Friday).

Does anyone else have experience with LASEK? If so, when did you go back to exercising/the gym? Thanks

How long do Freshlook Colorblends lenses last & are they natural looking?

I'm planning to buy the FL colorblends in gemstone green & was wondering how long they are meant to last since some places say they are bi-weekly lenses and other places say that they are monthly lenses.

I was also wondering if they look natural, on dark brown eyes? I've seen the normal green ones worn on dark brown eyes & it doesn't show up much or at all.

i cant decide! I already wear contact lenses for my bad vision. Im a sucker for blue eyes and I want an eye color change bfore school starts. Any other suggestions for colors if you dont think i should get green or blue?

What happens if I wear a regular contact lens instead of a Toric lens?

I recently went in to get contacts for the first time and was told I would need a toric lens for my left eye because of a slight astigmatism. So I was given a toric lens for my left eye and a regular lens for my right eye. A week later I could see just fine with my right eye and still blurry in the eye with the toric lens. So I went back and was re-examined, and given a different toric lens to try. Still blurry in that eye. The problem is every time I blink or get up and move around the lens shifts or something and distorts my vision very badly. The question is, what would happen if I just used a regular lens instead of a toric lens. Seeing as how my glasses never corrected for my astigmatism and I could see just fine would the same be true for contacts or would it not work seeing as how the contact actually rests on the eye?
