New contact user, can I get some advice?

I just got contacts yesterday. I'm 23 so this is my first time wearing them, I did pretty good getting them in and out. I know it is only the second day but I can just lightly feel them, the right eye more than the left. I can feel them on my lower lid like it is dried and just a tiny spot today on the outer white part of my eye along the contact lens is a wee bit red, nothing super irritating. Is this normal? I have astigmatism in my left eye and that one fits really comfortable but the one in my right eye is noticeable certain times of the day.

Optometrist prescribed me baby progressives with a small magnification at the bottom. Can I wear them all the time?

I'm a graduate student and have been having some problems with vision in class and while doing schoolwork. I went to the eye doctor who told me that there was a type of lens called "Eyezen" that would help my vision at school. He said that I do not have to wear them all the time, but that they will help my vision be clearer and my eyes less tired when I'm working for long periods of time.

My prescription was for -.25 distance in one eye (essentially nothing, I know), with +1.25 add.

The glasses they had made for me have only a +.75 add. They told me that this is what the Eyezen lenses come in.

I just got the glasses last week. But for the past year, I have been using reading glasses +1.25 while saving up to get the Eyezen lenses. When I stopped in to pick up the Eyezens, the assistants at the eye doctor told me wearing the +1.25 glasses would harm my vision and that I needed to stop. Is that true?

Also, even though the doctor told me I didn't need to wear my new glasses all the time, I'm finding that I'm so frequently looking at things close up - on my phone, reading, on the computer. Would it be appropriate to wear them all the time, or is it just totally unnecessary?

Thanks!

How many people had ICL vision operation, does it have side effect?

I have high myopia,9 diopter, and want to have ICL operation, I know that a small lens will be implanted in your eyes, what's more, when you need to undergo other eye operation, it is removable, or rather is reversible, is it so,

will icl cause other syndrome, though icl is minimally invasive surgery, anyhow operation involve some risk,

I see on the news that such operation will cause cataract, or glaucoma in late life,

Why do my eyes always look bigger with contact lenses?

Hi, I'm an asian male and wondering why my eyes always look bigger in contact lenses out of curiosity. I'm talking about the standard clear prescription contact lenses not the eye enlarging cosmetic lenses or black lenses. And its also not the illusion of not wearing glasses as I have taken a picture of with and without lenses and my eyes do appear significantly larger.
