Why do my contact lens get cloudy (on the inside) after I cry?

So, I've noticed this for years, but I don't really know the reason so I'm hoping someone here can feed my curiosity. Whenever I cry (not that often, but you know, it happens), my contact lens get cloudy on the inside (the part touching my eyeball) and the only way to fix it is to take them out and rinse them with saline. Even weirder though, AFTER I cry, for like four or five hours, my contacts keep re-clouding themselves. Does this happen to others? Is it protein in my tears or something else? I wear night & day contacts now, but this happened with a previous brand of disposable contacts too.

Why do my contact lenses keep ripping? - 2

I have Alcon brand contact lenses. I have somewhat of a problem getting them in because I just started them. Ok, twice now, I noticed that they were bent (after repeated tries of putting them in) And the next try after that, they fell into the sink and when I picked them up, they were ripped. Keep in mind this happened to my first pair, and then happened EXACTLY the same way to my second.

Am I doing something wrong? I have pretty short nails, and I handle the contact with only one finger. These contacts are relatively cheap, could that have something to do with them ripping so easily? I also think that because they would get onto my eyelash instead of my eye (again, I just started out), that could cause them to bend, and eventually rip. Answer if you can answer any of these questions!

I used to wear lenses of power -0.25D in one eye and -0.25D in the other eye!

Now the doctor have given me lenses of power -1.00D in one eye and -.50D in the other eye. Are my eyes getting worse? I am 15 yrs old.

Iam 15, I use Bausch&Lomb Daily Disposable contact lense and my "day" is about 15-16 hours is it ok if i wear these contact lenses all day? And also i have Bausch & Lomb Artelac Advanced eye drops, when should i use them(if i even need to use them) Thanks, i really need a good answer please.

20/25 vision but no glasses?

Lately, I have been noticing some things are blurry. For example, at night, lit up signs will be blurry. And now that school started up, I can't ever read the board.It is annoying when taking notes I have to stop and focus on the board so I can read it. I went to the optometrist today and found that my vision is near perfect, and my doctor doesn't understand why I would want glasses. She said she doesn't wanna give me glasses because she doesn't want me hurting my vision if I were to wear them all the time, which is not what I'm planning on doing. But when she put the binocular thing in front of my face with all the lenses, there was one or two lenses that made the letters crystal clear. She didn't tell me if I had 20/whatever vision and she didn't tell me if I had astigmatism. I didn't think to ask. She just suggested I sit closer to the board and turn off a/c in my car to prevent dry eyes. But she didn't know what to say when I told her that this happens sometimes on other occasions, like when watching TV for example.

ANYWAY, what should I do to improve my vision?

I just got some circle lenses in the mail today and I didnt read up on them before I got them, I wore them to work and I took them out so all together I wore them for about 6 hours, I was wondering if you could go blind from wearing them for just that amount of time? I'm just worried. I heard circle lenses are bad because you should wear lenses that are made for your eyes.

I was in gym and I kept my contacts with me today in my gym bag because I was going to my fathers after school. I noticed the bell after gym that somebody had stolen my contacts from my bag! E2020 customer service number?

I ordered contact lenses on 19/6/12 through www.e2020.co.uk but I have not yet received a confirmation email, therefore I went onto "my account" on said website and it says that my order is still pending. I need the lenses asap therefore I have ordered them through a different website. I have emailed the customer service team twice about cancelling my order and I have not yet received a reply. The website does not show a customer service telephone number. Does anyone know how I could get a phone number for this website? I'd much prefer to speak to an actual person than continuously send emails to which I get no reply.

I wear hard contact lenses but when I sleep, my vision gets blurry again?

I never noticed the problem except for these day because I just came back from china and I have very bad jet lag so I usually take a 2-3 hour nap at noon. When I wake up, my vision gets blurred all over again… this is really disturbing me and kinda scares me because this never happened to me before… why is this happening!!!

Wearing glasses is so depressing!

Hi,

I've been wearing glasses for 3 years now, I'm 17 but now recently it's really affecting me :(

Number one problem is me and my dad have always played snooker together and we are both really good, but we stopped for a while now we started playing again I now wear glasses it really affect my game, I can't get low to the cue and look down the table because I end up looking over my glasses, this means I can't see where I'm shooting, it makes playing impossible.

#2 I also like to cycle, on racing bikes, and I usually wear cyling glasses to keep the wind out my eyes but now I can't and it makes decending dangerous.

#3 when its raining and I'm outside my glasses get wet and I can't see a thing.

#4 I think I look much better without them and they affect my confidence.

I cannot afford contact lenses and I can't afford that laser eye surgery.

Any suggestions or help?

Why has my eye been hurting all day?

Today, since I first put my contact lens in my right eye, it's been hurting. During school I took the contact lens out and my eye still hurt. I've taken both out and am now wearing my glasses, but my eye still hurts.It's red, itchy and painful. Every time I scratch it, this weird liquidy stuff comes out and it's sticky and goopy. How do I persuade my mum to let me have contact lenses?

I get really annoyed with glasses (I have a really sore nose from where my glasses are, if I loosen them up they're too loose and fall off my nose a lot)
And although opinionated, I think I look better without glasses, and a teacher at my primary school said that when I couldn't wear them once because they were broken.
I am going to the opticians tomorrow because I am constantly having migraines and headaches which make me feel really ill and my mum wants to check that it's nothing to worry about and I have had these glasses for over a year now and they're so dirty I can't even clean them (around the lenses) so my mum promised we could choose a new pair of glasses but she won't let me have contact lenses until I was older (this is what she said last year) do you think if I persuade she will let me now?

Since school starts this Tuesday, which is 5 days from now. I want to get contacts because it would benefit me more then wearing glasses. I am not somebody who wants contacts just because I dont like wearing glasses, i actually need it because i do physical activities in school such as sports and working out and i already broke my glasses twice while playing basketball and im just wondering if i can get my contacts by this Tuesday?

About 3 weeks ago, I went to specsavers to get contact lenses. I consulted my eye doctor, he measured my eyes to make sure they were suitable for contact lense wear and he decided what contact lenses were the best for me and ordered them in. A week later, I came back to specsavers for a contact lense teaching.

On the first appointment, I just couldn't get the contacts in my eyes. The female eye doctor barely helped me, she only told me how to hold my eye open and sat there staring. When time was up, she said that because I couldn't get them in I'd have to come back in a few days to try again. She then made another appointment for me, and a few days later I came back and tried inserting them again but wasn't successful, and I was started to get frustrated because I was absolutely desperate to get contact lenses, and she wasn't very encouraging while she was watching me trying to insert them either.

She then told me I'd have to come back for the LAST time to try.As soon as I got home, I did lots of research on inserting contacts.So yesterday I went back there with my mum as usual, and I actually inserted a contact in my right eye: D I teared up A LOT and my nose got a bit runny, but then I tried inserting the left contact, and I didn't have much time to try so I was unsuccessful. She wouldn't give me my contacts because I couldn't insert it in my left eye (I BARELY HAD ANY TIME!!) and recommended I wait 2-3 months before attempting again… Neither me or my parents see the point in that. I'm able to get them in both eyes but just didn't get enough time. I don't see the point in waiting 2-3 months. Far too long. If I can get it in my right, I can get it in my left.

Anyway, I was wondering if it would be okay and safe for me to call and ask specsavers for my contact lense prescription and just use that to order contacts online so I won't have to go through the annoying contact lenses teach? Or is it illegal or something?

My right eye contact won't stay on my eye, its a fresh lens, and it drifts off of my pupil.the size is right because this is the first time that it happened.all of my other pairs before stayed on fine.

BTW I use Acuvue Advance Plus

I've posted a few questions (maybe too many) about soft contact lenses but it's only because I want them to be perfect: P Anyways, I'm new to contacts so maybe this is just the process of getting used to them. Today, when i put my right eye contact in, it stung for a little bit. The pain was like when you get something in your eye such as an eyelash or dust.

When something is in your eye, it obviously hurts so maybe this happened whilst the contact was half way between the white part and center so it wasn't positioned correctly yet.
It could also be because I released both my eyelashes too early.
should i only release them and blink once i've done the 'look up, down, left, right' thing and it is completely CLEAR?

I should mention that the pain did go away a couple of seconds after and I wore them for the day without any problem…

I just need contacts for use when I'm cosplaying. I want to enlarge my iris's by using 18mm contact lenses but I'm supposed to wear glasses(i broke them awhile back and can't afford to buy a new pair) and i wonder if there was a pair of contacts that could be worn and bought without a doctor visit that would work with a astigmatism. I wouldn't wear them but 4 times a year if that and only for a few hours at a time.

Why do my eyes hurt more when I take my contacts out?

I have noticed that when I go without wearing my contact lenses, my eyes sting and water. I try otc eye drops and allergy medicines, but nothing works. They only seem to get better when I put my lenses back in. I would like to be able to give my eyes a break and go without them for a while, but the time spent without them is agony. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It had been happening for some time that my left eye itched a lot, but only in the afternoon-night, and because I scratched it got lost in my eye a lot, too.It happened today again and when I looked in the mirror I discovered the problem; the lens slides and goes up, I try moving it with my finger and it later goes back up. The particular lens isn't the problem, because this has been happening with many others, I've tried changing them many times.
Any help or possible causes for this?

Is this normal for hard lens contacts?

I got hard lens contacts a few months ago, I tried to wear them but they hurt too much and I could not. I just recently am trying to wear them again.
First off, they are a bit glarey and blurry, is that normal for just beginning to wear them?
Secondly, I am blinking constantly, is that normal also?
Please don't say something like "well why dont you just get soft lenses?"
Obviously if I could get soft lenses I would spare myself the torture. I have very terrible eyesight to the point where my eye doctor told me ahead of time that there is no way for me to have soft lenses.

What occurs when you put in your contact right after waking up from sleep?

I've noticed that if I put my contact in say 30 minutes after wake up from sleep my eye will not accept the contact lens as easily as it would if I had put it in say after I'd ben awake for 6 hours or so. Why is this occurring? My assumption is that the eye has not been exposed to air long enough so I'm depriving the eye from air before it gets enough. But I'm not sure. And I need to know how to make it stop.

Also, when I put one contact it, it feels like it's scratching my eye and it only goes away when I don't think about it for awhile and do other things.

Any suggestions on why this is occurring? Thanks.

Do you need to have a contact lens refitted every year?

So i wear the same contact, and use the same prescription, do i need to pay for the fitting again.as far as i can tell they charge (in my area) around 45 dollars to fit your contacts, and that just goes to one contact and a small sample bottle of solution.i can get a pack of my contacts for 30$

does any body know where to get cheap exams in utah, i live in the springville/provo area.im looking at sams club but again the exam is 59 and the fitting would be an additional 30 dollars and if im using the same lens and solution i really don't want to have to pay that fee again (not to mention they don't have my prescription so they have to make it in their machine (or something like that) and their machine isn't strong enough to make my prescription so i would be paying 30 dollars for a contact that isn't my prescription.) im currently waiting for a callback from the optometrist (or whatever they are called) to see if i can bypass this fee so all she has to do is the exam. (so now i think that they as in eye doctors are scamming people, unless their is a need to change contacts why do you need to have them fitted every year if its the same prescription, same type of lens, the fitting is designed for new contact lens wearers to be taught how to use them and then any additional trips to have the type adjusted until comfortable.

any insight will be appreciated and if anybody knows a cheap place to get exams in my area i would appreciate it. (at this point i would go to a guy in a van that could renew my prescription for 20 dollars)
Added (1). I do agree eye exams are good yearly and will not skip an eye exam, im talking about the fitting, any medical issue will be seen during a normal eye exam, the fitting is when they put the new contact in your eye and ask you how it feels and if you would like to try another brand.

Baby cousin ate my contact lens?

I was changing my contact lenses because they were already a month old and then my baby cousin got one when I wasn't looking (he got an old one that I was about to throw away) and then I saw him put it in his mouth and when I tried to get it out he swallowed it. I cant get one of my contacts out?

This is my second time wearing contact lenses, and i cant get them out, well the right one.
the thing is i been wearing them for 1hour, so they are fine (not dry). i tried pinching my left one and it came out easily, but my right one took me hundred attempts and its still not out yet.im so frustrated right now, when i pinched them it hurts and wouldnt come out :(. this also happened when i apply my lenses.left one was easy, right one was pain in my ***. also my rim of my right eye is becoming red, what does that mean?

So i am new with contact lenses, i order one from candycolorlenses.com, and a bottle of contact solution from walmart.com. The lenses will come to my house earlier then the bottle solution thing.So i am wondering do i have to take the lenses out of the bottle right away or i can leave it in the bottle until the solution bottle gets to my house? btw, i dont have any contact solution a bottles at my house

Why would contact lenses smell?

I rarely wear contact lenses (only during some special occasion, say once or twice a month), but I found out that my contact lenses/ case smell very badly every-time when I open the box.It never happened before. I tried everything: put the case in hot water (clean it really thruly), switch new contact len boxes, new contact lenses (mine are disposable), new solution, clean before and after wearing lenses, change solution even when I don't use them, store the lenses/ solution in a cooler location. I can still smell this strong alcohol/ plastic every single time.Is this normal (but I never smell this for my past 10 years of wearing contact lenses)? If not, What did I do wrong? I use Alcon Opt free solution.
Added (1). My eyes felt pain when I put on the lenses (even I cleaned them). I have to clean the lenses, change the solution, and soak it for couple of hours before wearing.

I had trouble understanding whether lenses for eye and optics are increase in cumulative or exponential manner.
That is, if I have a lens charge .5 and glasses charge 2.00, If I wear them together will I see as if I have charge 2.5 or something more?

How to tell if contact lens is inside out?

After many attempts, I finally managed to show the opticians I could get my lenses in and out, so they gave me some lenses to take home. Now, it still takes a couple attempts to put them in but i guess it just takes practice. Anyway, I tried putting them in today, the left eye felt fine but the other eye felt a bit hazy.It was like in the corner of my eye you could see it was blurry.

Do you think this was because the lens was inside out? I took it out and looked for the "cup" shape but both ways look exactly the same..both ways the sides were kinda pointing out. (I put in my eye again and it seems to be okay.but they feel a bit weird).

Is there any other way to check if the lenses are the right way?

I hate my glasses but i'm too scared to wear contact lenses to school?

Since I started in year 7 I have always worn thin, black, wirey glasses and now, going into year 11, I really don't want to feel ugly in my last year of school. I hate my wirey glasses so much but it's what everyone at school has ever known me in… I'm not exactly a 'popular' person at school, i'm quiet and keep to myself in lessons. I recently bought a more stylish pair of glasses, a thicker, bigger, subtly tortoiseshell & dark brown/black frame (they're not like huge hipster glasses they're just more stylish) They look nice but I feel if I wear those at school people will think I'm trying to be cool when I'm not… so my other option is contacts. I love wearing contacts and i feel so much prettier in them but I'm just really worried to wear them because whenever i see anyone take off their glasses they look so much different! I'm sure people don't care that much about what I do but I just can't convince myself that it will be okay.My friends say i should wear my new glasses but I have a horrible form and I think they would say something horrible when I walked in on the first day, My old glasses just seem like a safe option but I know they are really bland and horrible. Was biting on a water bottle cap, put it down, then picked something back up that was shaped like a water bottle cap, but was actually cap to my contact lenses case. Drank some of the fluid I guess.

My throat started feeling weird right after I think, or I felt it before, but I didn't notice til I realized that I got contact solution in mouth.It's been 2 days, and my throat feels irritated, like theres a lot of phlegm there or something.i have to clear my throat every like 5 seconds. I'm going to get contacts soon, and I also want to start playing water polo.Is it okay to wear contact lenses in the water or will they fall out easily? I'm also a swimmer and I have prescription goggles for that but I don't think you wear goggles in water polo.

Contact lens doesn't stay centered on my eye?

I wear Accuvue Oasys contact lenses and haven't had a single problem with them until recently. The problem is with my left lens only because it doesn't stay centered on my eye causing blurriness and discomfort. When I look in a mirror keep my head still and move my eye I can see the lens floating around. According to my optometrist I can sleep with these lenses for up to 5 nights and I change them twice a month. The problem usually happens when I take a fresh pair out of my eyes for one night and put them back in the next morning.It seems like such a hassle to go to the optometrist just for this. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Hi, a group of friends and I all want to go out for Halloween dressed as our favorite characters from Homestuck. I'm going as Karkat Vantas.

Headache and weird vision?

2 or 3 weeks ago, I woke up and felt a kind of pressure like in my right ear/jaw area, and a bit on my temple.It was a reallllllllly light pressure, but i could just feel something.i ignored it. The day before this happened, my throat was tingly, like I was getting a cold.anyways until now I still feel light pressure, except i get random headaches that last 30mins.on the right side of my head, mainly in the temple and forehead area.It's not a painful headache, it's just quite annoying. I also get a bit dizzy, but VERY RARELY, just randomly and it last a few seconds.
And just this week the eyesight in my right eye has gone worse, I randomly get sensitive to light, and have this weird shade/shape on my eye. I naturally have TERRIBLE eyesight and wear contact lenses.
Details:
I'm CONSTANTLY on my laptop, in bed or on a chair slouching.so my posture isn't excellent.
A week and a half ago.my right eye felt irritated, but I ignored it.and when i took my lenses out, I realised the right lense was split in half… lol so maybe that could be something.
Also my wisdom teeth are coming out. 2 on my right side.

I'm quite worried what this headache/vision thing is.if someone could help thanks!

Clear Care contact lens solution foams too much?

I've been using Clear Care solution for over a year, and sometimes, the solution foams right out of the container. Previously, I thought maybe I was wearing them for too long and they were really dirty or something. This month, the lenses are only two weeks old and it's foaming out of control to where I have to refill the container once it stops foaming. Hey, I want to buy circle lenses, but my base curve is 8.9. I was looking at this site: http://www.e-circlelens.com/ but their Base Curves only go up to 8.6. Also, I need Torics because I have an astigmatism.
So, does anyone know any sites that offer larger base curves in circle lenses with Toric and hopefully have more than one color to choose from.

left eye: BC 8.9, DIAM 15.0, SPH -8.25, CYL -1.25, AX 180.
right eye: same except SPH is -9.25 and CYL is -1.0.

Is it normal for new circle lenses to irritate your eyes and slightly blur your vision?

I purchased a pair of circle lenses at a beauty supply store and also a multipurpose solution. I washed my hands well, and rinsed the case and lenses with the solution and let the lenses soak overnight. I tried them on the next day and the right one felt really comfortable and like I wasn't wearing anything, but the left one kind of burned at first and I noticed it kept moving when I blinked. After a few minutes the left one felt better but the lens kept moving whenever I closed my eye and it felt like I had something in my eye, it wasn't painful just irritating. I took the left one out rinsed it in solution, inspected it for any dust, dirt, rips, tears, made sure it wasn't backwards and it was fine. I put it back in and wore them for about 4 hours. Today I woke up with slight crust and slight irritation but only in my left eye should I throw them out? (This was my first time ever wearing any kind of contacts)

I have been using contact lenses for the past 7 years and i never have had any problem but recently I saw a documentary explaining the blinking function of the eye, according to which when we blink our eyes actually clean the whole surface of the eye and in this way our eyes are protected from any kind of infection.

Chewing gum makes my anxiety better.why?

Hello.

So I have a severe degree of social anxiety and I always sweat and get panicked when I see new people or when I'm at the bus, the train or whatever where I'm surrounded by more than one person (if that one person is a person I don't know, I still get panics) and today I decided to chew gum.

I mean wow! 50% of my social anxiety just disappeared right of the door! Why? I didnt get all panicky, my belly didnt hurt anymore, I felt great, even though I still cant socialize well, my two friends told me I suddenly looked more confident. But as soon as I spat out the gum everything went away.My anxiety came back and I was like about to die.

Why? How come?

Also, I'm thinking of switching my glasses to lenses, the few girls I have ever talked about have complimented my eyes and my glasses always feel like the ring in the lord of the rings, it makes me feel heavier for some reason. I'm hoping that will atleast help a bit. What do you think?

Contacts stick to my finger and doesn't want to go in my eye?

I keep adding a drop of the solution on the contact and drying my finger afterwards, but the contacts simply won't stick. I thought maybe my eyes are too dry so I added Visine to it, but it still doesn't work. I also tried using a soft lens inserter/remover from optigear.

I'm astonish at how quickly the lense stick to other people's eyes on youtube.

Contact lens are driving me crazy help!

Are these supposed to be weekly contacts? I can't wear them for a week without them being dry as a bone and scratching my eyes. I can't go back to the dr because I have military insurance and they magically don't have any spouse appointments as of yet. These are driving me nuts though I can barely see out of them. Everything's blurry and I told them that but there's nothing they can do.
I switched to O2 Optix from freshlooks- The freshlooks worked okay but I wasn't going to do the color thing anymore so I needed some better quality and some that were more moist. These are not even as moist as the fresh looks. I just put in a fresh pair this morning and already they are dry as a bone and are blurry! I wet them and nothing.

Added (1). I do use fresh solution nightly and I actually do use the multi solution too. But I'll try switching.PS, I didn't say I was BLIND and couldnt see at all… that's how I see the computer screen… duh.

Wearing Contact Lenses?

I Might get a pair of gray contact soon. I'm like almost nearsighted, and i'm having a bunch of questions about these. I'm 13.

1: Can you guys tell me what the doctors / manager or whatever will do? Like after i get my eyes checked. Will they give me an un-offical one & give me an official one later one? (my friends told me).

2: How much does contact lenses usually cost around? And do we have to pay them monthly or what?

3: Will contacts helps my eyes or increase my eyes degrees thing? Will it be bad?

4: How long does contact usually last? 3 months?

Can you guys give me information about contact lenses in an EASY way to read.

I will wear them at school and other events only. I will not wear them at home.

Why does every contact lens dry my eyes out?

My first lens was the Acuvue Oasys, which I know is purported to be an excellent lens for dry eyes. However, I did not have a good experience with it. The contacts dried rather frequently and blurred as well. This weekend, I went to my optometrist and he gave me Acuvue 2. Unfortunately, those seem to be more or less the same, if not slightly worse. What should I tell my doctor?

Dry Eyes = Change Contact Lenses? or Solution? or Anything else?

About two months ago, my eye started getting burning when i put in my contacts (Biomedics 55), so i stopped for about two weeks thinking that it would go away, but it didnt so i mistakenly used red eye drops because I saw red lines and thought it was blood vessels. Upon having no progress with the comfort, I went to my eye doctor and he said I had dry eyes and gave me a different solution to try (BioTrue). I started using it, but no progress as well so I just stopped wearing contacts for 2 weeks and den started using dry eye drops 2-3 weeks ago, which relieved my eye irritation, however the red lines were still presistent and when I put in my contact lenses (Biomedics 55 Premier) last week dey would burn initially and when i took them out 8 hours later, the red lines were like everywhere and my eyes were burning and irritated, so I stopped. I'm currently still using dry eye drops and I recently bought a Saline rinsing solution that I havent used yet. I was wondering if I should change to Proclear, Acuvue Oasys, AirOptix Aqua, etc., or if it is the solution or anything else that would help allow me to wear contacts with comfort again!

Frames I Want to get: Raybans Rx 5121 (google a pic)

Alright, I want to buy these frames but don't know what lenses to get for them so I need some help choosing.

These are the things I had in mind when I was looking for lenses:
• they don't make my eyes look big
• if they reduce magnification by how much? (I don't want to buy them and there not what I expected)
• will they fit the frame I want. 50-30 or 40 something-120-138 (not sure at the moment)

The Lenses I have in mind are hi index 1.67 anti reflective aspheric lenses off of frames direct. I was also wondering since the lense would have to big to fit the frame, how would the lenses look? Like if some one is looking at you, will the rest of the face (covered by the lense) be affected since the whole lense is aspheric.

Contact lenses issues?

I have been wearing contacts for two years. The eye doctor told me that my eyes have some problem, not getting enough oxygen(I forgot what it's actually called) so I have acuvue advance with hydraclear. (I'm saying that because im unsure if this has anything to do with what I need help with, so sorry if it doesn't help). I'm supposed to change the contacts every two weeks. They don't last that long though. Usually within a week, they start to tear and it really hurts to put them in so I end up moving on to another pair earlier than I should be. After my mom ordered me new ones, I used about 6 months worth of them in just a couple months. I wanted to get the 1 day lenses, but I found out they are very expensive compared to my other ones.So is there anything I can do to make my contacts last longer?

Can you repair or purchase replacement Oakley Frogskin arms/legs?

I tragically broke one of the arms of my Oakley Frogskins and i am dying to repair them. I contacted oakley but they have discontinues parts for the old froggys. I have one of the original pairs, clear frames with reflective multicolor lenses.

To be more specific, the joint where the arm attaches to the lens frames cracked and the arm does not stay on, the whole lens frame is in tact, just the arm is broken.

Feeling Tired, Lightheaded and struggling to focus?

I've had some problems for years now and I'm tired of them and looking for some help. I always feel light headed and heavyhead and I regulary hear noises in my head. I'm always tired and just not motivated to do anything.

I'm not the healthiest man alive. I rarely get enough exercise and I can barely run for more than 5mins before feelinh faint. I'm not the best eater either. Plus im a very bad sleeper. I never get 8hours and in the night i feel like im tired but my mind isnt. I always struggle to focus with my eyes. Its like tiny bits of blurness(hard to explain) I wear contact lenses also.

I'm 15 years old and over 6foot and weigh more than 12stones so I'm quite big for my age.

I think it could be because of my lack of excersise or a shortage of iron and protein in my diet.

Hey im looking for someone who really knows what they are talking about here.ive been losing sleep over this like crazy.so heres my problem. I got shot in the eye with a 22 cal ricochet and i need a lens replacement it will be artificial.they said i should be able to see 20/20 after i get it don't with blurry close up vision which will be correctable with glasses i have already talked to a recruiter and he says i should be able to get a waver but i read on other sites that i can not get a waver.i just need someone that really knows what they are talking about.joining the marines has been my dream forever. For Acuvue Oasys, the box says I should change them every two weeks, but I find that people use them for much longer without any problems?

What color circle lenses should I buy?

My eyes are light brown and they are kind of a bright color. If you look closely you can see green flex but that is because my eyes are a mix(My mom has blue and my dad has dark brown eyes). I want to start off with a natural color. Any suggestions? Please don't give me answers like "Oh you don't need to change your eye color love yourself for who you are" I'm not doing this because I don't like my own eye color I'm just doing this to have some fun. I just really like the idea of being able to change you eye color.

My contacts keep moving around my eyes!

I've been wearing contacts for years. I used to have colored contacts and loved them, but when I got married my husband liked me with clear ones better. I switched from Freshlooks to Acuvue… which was fine. Well I'm going on a long 6 wk trip and wanted colored contacts so I ordered from 1800-contacts. They are in and they keep moving around in my eyes.It looks really bad too because they are colored and you can totally see them moving. I'm leaving in a couple days and can't do anything about returning/exchanging them right now.Is there anything I can do or use (like drops, etc.) to make them stop doing this? Or will they eventually just stop? Whats the reason for this?

What's wrong with my vision?

Recently I've had diminished vision in my right eye for no apparent reason; I've tried using new contact lenses and everything but even when I'm just wearing glasses I've noticed that I'm not seeing as well. I just got a new vision test just a few months so I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm not having usual headaches nausea or vomiting either (thankfully), but what could be causing this? Would it help if I just give my eyes time to heal? What is wrong?

if i cleaned them etc.using lens solution and stored them in a lenses case, would they be okay to wear twice? like wear them one day, clean them etc.and pop them in the next day?
