How to improve your eye vision naturally with eye exercises?

I have found difficulty in seeing far away objects and to be able to read I need to position papers at arm length. My eye glasses and contact lenses help me to see things clearly yet i think life would be less complicated if my vision gets back to normal 20/20 health condition and i can get rid of my glasses and contacts. A close friend told me that eye vision condition can be repaired by doing eye exercises.
Do they actually assist?
Exactly what type of eye exercises are they to improve vision?
I would really like to improve my vision naturally with eye exercises, does any body know of any? Any info will help, thanks

How often should i change colorwd contact solution in case

So i just brought a pair of colored contacts on may 4th and im not to sure when i should change the contact solution in the case. Iv never owned contacts before so im still in need of a little help with them. Iv worn them twice since i got them. Do i need to change the soulution even if i don't wear them for a while and do i change the lens case solution everytime i wear them? Please be as detailed as possible… Do's and don'ts would be helpful to:)

Where can I buy circle lenses in Seoul, South Korea?

Well actually, I'm not going.
My friend is, and he is asking if I want anything. And so I thought of circle lenses*
Like. Do you just buy em from a normal store with cosmetics and stuff (since they are cosmetic lenses) or go to the eye store O_O

*if you don't know what circle lenses are, don't answer. If you're going to ask what they are, don't. Google was made for a reason.

all i found was websites that you can buy circle lenses from, not where my friend can buy circle lenses in korea.

Can I apply to a model agency despite using colored contact lenses? - 1

I mean, this might be complicated. But yes, I wear colored contact lenses, they're blue and they look pretty natural to be honest. My eyes are brown, but I don't really like them, and I think I look way better with my contacts on. So, just to be concrete now, I have wanted to be a model for a long time, but I don't think I can be accepted into any modelling agency as long as I wear contacts. But trust me, if I don't wear them, I don't think I can be accepted either. What do you think?

Can I still use my contact lens solution?

I just checked the expiry dates on my contact lenses and contact lens solution. The contact lenses wrote 2020-01 while the solution wrote 2016/12. Today is May 2, 2017. I know that by date it has already expired. But I haven't opened the cap at all since I bought it. And it also wrote that I should throw it away 6 months after opening. Can I still use it?

Do your contact lenses make your eyes look glassy?

My contacts seem to do that. They make my eyes look glassy and really weird but cool at the same time =P I'm using Acuvue Soft Lenses. Do you guys get this too?

Can i still become an Air Force Pilot if my vision is bad?

Can i still becoming a fighter pilot in the air force if my vision is worse then what is required?
They require no worse then 20/70. I do not know what my visual distance is, but my contact lenses read -5.50. I have not had an eye exam in over a year though, so it may be possible my vision is getting better.

Will i be disqualified if i do lasik or PRK eye surgery prior to applying/joining?
Will they do lasik or PRK for me once i join and still allow me to become a jet pilot?
Is there any way around this?

if not, do any of the other military branches allow me to do so?

If i have a 4.0 GPA, great fitness scores and meet every other requirement aside from the vision, is it still possible to become a pilot?

This is all i have ever wanted to do, and i am even going to major in aviation because of this.
Mostly to become an military (preferably air force) jet pilot then a commercial airline pilot.
If i could take this job, i would honestly do it for free.It is my dream
