I ordered contact lenses on 19/6/12 through www.e2020.co.uk but I have not yet received a confirmation email, therefore I went onto "my account" on said website and it says that my order is still pending. I need the lenses asap therefore I have ordered them through a different website. I have emailed the customer service team twice about cancelling my order and I have not yet received a reply. The website does not show a customer service telephone number. Does anyone know how I could get a phone number for this website? I'd much prefer to speak to an actual person than continuously send emails to which I get no reply.
