I heard.of the 20/20 method, orho-k, abd toric kenses can slow it down, but 20/20 is a pain to do, ortho-k coukd b potentially dangerous tot the eyes, nd toric.lenses r still not.proven to work…
So does anyone know of a legiinate, and back by tests, method or tool that could slow.it down?
