I recently started wearing contacts and I forgot to ask my optometrist of I can wear them in the shower. Also, what do I do if I need to take them out and put them back in? Because I will need to do that during the school year since I can't wear them while swimming or doing gymnastics an those are my 2 main sports. I have a container thing from the week I was trying contacts with monthly lenses so I could use that but then I need to refil the container with that liquid stuff that keeps the lenses moist. Thanks for any help
