I have a prescription of -4.50 or more.It is probably less than -5.00 though but I have not had an eye check up for glasses in 1.5 years.My contact lens prescription remains the same as it was last year.So i suspect it has not changed much.
Added (1). I am 27 and hoping my eyes should stabalise soon.
