Will the lens on these glasses stick out too much?

I already have a pair of glasses and I had the lenses on them thinned. I got those high index 1.67 lenses. I have a prescription of about --4.50 or more. This has probably changed to higher prescription though because I haven't had my eyes checked in 1.5 years. The lens of my glasses do stick out the metal frame a bit but it's not too noticeable.

I ordered new glasses but I'm worried the lenses will stick out too much? Here they are: I can actually return them its not too late.
Added (1). I did look at plastic frames to hide the thickness but they did not suit me. I am stuck.
