I have been diagnosed with dry eyes. I wear contacts and am trying to wear them a bit less as my optician recommended. I will go back next month to see if it's improved. Today one eye feels a bit sticky which is making my vision in that eye slightly blurred.It's not uncomfortable enough for me to feel I need to take the lenses out but is there any risk of damage?
