Whenever i put in my contacts I can see that their are little fibers on my lenses. I clean them off and there's alway something left on it.Is it because I use paper towels that leave little fibers on my hand? Should I revert to regular towels to eliminate any fibers? Or is it because I don't clean my contacts good enough? They look clean to me before I put them in but my eyes get bothered a little so I know it's not completely clean
