I just started using contacts in the last few weeks, and when i first got them, the optometrist demonstrated to me how to wash the lens case- she said to rinse it under hot water then leave to air dry. But then she gave me a contact lens starter kit that came with instructions - and it said to rinse it out with the all purpose solution and leave to air dry - but that leaves it with a slight slimy film over it.
Now im just confused - so how am i supposed to do it?
