Ok look in the summer I messed up my eyes and I started wearing glasses I hate glasses and contact lenses is there's any exercise I can do so my eyes will be better I won't mess up again >_< .., my mom says laser gets people blind and she doesn't want me to go blinded i will do anything just help me :).
ps: I started using the computer for less than an hour .
