Hi! I am 14 years old. When I was born, my hair was blonde and my eyes were navy blue. When I became 2 years old, my mum cut my hair with the machine.So my hair started to darken and now it's Dark Brown, and my eyes changed to Dark Brown, too! Is there a solution that would change my hair to blonde (without dye or bleach, etc..) and my eyes to dark blue (without contact lenses or operations)? Please reply to me as soon as possible. I would really like to get my hair to blonde and my eyes navy blue.
