I recently changed my spectacles both my eyes have the same power… after i started wearing them i started getting headaches… i dont know the power of my lens… i told my doctor that they are -3.5 each he told its still the same… am i getting the headaches beacause i'm wearing the wrong power ie.they might be less than -3.5
