I'd like to buy contact lenses online. But I know that almost all optometrists try to sell contact lenses themselves.
So can I just choose the brand I like then see an optometrist and ask him/her for a prescription for that brand? (I'd like AirOptix for Astigma)
I know that unlike spectacles, they cannot write a prescription and leave the choice of brand and model to the patient (it's not just power and cylinder, but also diameter and BC and many other factors.In fact AirOptix for Astigma may not even be suitable for me)
