I wear contact lenses so my eyes tend to water a lot during the day and my eyeliner on my lower waterline ends up under my bottom lashes by the end of the day and I don't have any time during the day to touch up my eyeliner. Are there any good drug store brand liners for your lower water line that are waterproof and wont smudge off during the day! Thank you!
