Okay so I am just wondering if my vision is considered bad at my age. I'm already 18 years old(male) and my prescription is sphere -1.25 right eye and sphere -1.25 left eye, I am near sighted.Is this bad for my age and will it get worse over time? What can I do to make my vision less worse? I think I'm on the computer too much, maybe I should minimize the amount of hours I spend? What can I do to improve my vision? I hate wearing glasses, probably will get contact lenses soon.
