Madelyn, Madeline, or Madeleine.
I really liked Madelyn because when you look at it, you KNOW its suppose to be pronounced Mad-uh-lynn. Madeline is how I use to spell it on my fav name list, but when I asked people they would get confused on how to pronounce it (Mad-uh-line or Mad-uh-lynn). Madeleine is appealing to the eye, but I heard it pronounced a little differently, especially with my family in France. They pronounce it Mad-len (no uh in it and len like the beginning of the name Lenny), but everyone where I live seems to pronounce Madeleine like Mad-uh-lynn.
So my question is how would YOU spell it?
