So I just got contact lenses and I'm not sure how long in a day I'm allowed to wear them.
I usually wake up at 7 am and take them off at 5pm so that 10 hours. I do not sleep with them.Is this okay?
And since they are 2 weeks and I am not wearing them the whole 24 hours a day can I wear them for a couple days longer, say an extra week if I am really cautious?
