I just started wearing contact lenses. I got my trial lenses yesterday and today I was rubbing my eye (with my eye closed of course) and it fell out. When I picked it up to clean it, I noticed it was torn. I immediately started to cry because I didn't know if I could get a new lens. I called the 1-800 number and the main said I couldn't get new ones because it was "a user error". I'm trying the local number and they won't answer and right now I'm just really sad. Any advice?
