I am nearly 19, and recently i've been having trouble with my contact lenses (particularly with swimming) which I have been wearing since I was 14.My prescription is -10.00 in my right eye and -9.25 in my left, and has remained stable for about a year.Is it worth seeing a laser consultant or would I be considered too high prescription/too young? Also what kind of price range could I expect if I could have it done? I've heard it gets more expensive the higher the prescription, so if that's the case I'm not sure I would be able to afford it for a long time anyway.
