I carry a messenger bag and inside of it I keep:
A wallet.
A meter case with a lancet, test strip, extra lancets and a meter in it.
I have a bag of syringes and my two insulin pens.
A vile of insulin.
Fruit snacks, small pack of oreos, granola bar and a few small bags of chips.
Ketone strips.
Chap stick.
Alcohol wipes.
Tissues.
Sun glasses.
Nail file.
Body spray.
Lip gloss.
Mirror.
Spare contact lenses.
Glasses in a glasses case.
Random papers.
A pen.
A tiny notebook.
A pad.
Glucagon.
Tissues.
Bandaids.
Dental floss.
Lotion.
Hand sanitizer.
Added (1). Insulin is good for thirty days once taken out of the fridge. I have type one diabetes, this stuff is my necessity for survival.
