Being of a certain age I just got my first varifocal prescription. I can tell that the lenses are graduated and I know that the strongest part of the lens is at the top. This is my prescription - what would the 'intermediate' prescription be and how far away should I be using it for?
Right eye -3 +0.50 x 50 add 1.50
Left eye -2.75 add 1.50
