If my Left Eye has: -4.5 and Right eye has: -3.00. What will be my contact lens prescription. The current lenses which the doctor gave me are like she put lenses in my eyes but it was only 60% clear so she put again glasses equipment on my nose and told to read the letters. Made some adjustments and wrote down the prescription and sent it off. The problem is she dint told me the prescription and she threw away the bottle after opening because of teaching but I didn't read the no.in diopters on bottle. She only gave the glasses ones.
Is it the same or we have to do some optical math?
