How to troll my brother with his disposable contact lens packets?

My brother keeps leaving his disposable contact lenses and their packets everywhere. I have collected up quite a few of them, since he never puts them in the bin (I have around 50-75 of them). I am looking for ideas of how I could use them to get back at him for being so messy.

I am looking for ideas a little more inventive that throwing them around his room.
