I just got contacts a little over a month ago. They are Air Optix breathable contact lenses for Astigmatism and I take them out at night. I just ran out of the contact solution that I got with the lenses, however, and I bought Equate Contact Lens Conditioning Solution.It says that the solution is for Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lenses… Is it safe to use with my contacts? I know this might be a stupid question, but any help is appreciated. Thanks! :)
