Sup guys.
I wear soft lens contacts that I'm probably not supposed to wear longer than 10-12 hours a day.
But I just stayed up for around 22 hours wearing them. I realized how bad that was, so I took them out and put them in some solution to soak. But I want to put them back in soon, because I have to leave to go somewhere. They've been disinfecting for an hour now.
How long do they need to soak? I heard 4 hours or so is the "minimum", is 2-3 hours okay? Is this long enough for my eyes to get oxygen and avoid an infection?
