I'm just browsing around online for toric contact lenses and the optometrist that gave me my prescription wrote that the cylinder for my OD is -300 and for my OS is -400. However, most of the choices online are only in intervals of -0.25/-0.75 so they only have -2.75 and -3.25 … -3.75 and -4.25. How do I go about this?
