Have just been to optician and found that my left eye is -1 and right -0.5. If I wear glasses to correct this will my eyesight gradually get worse therefore requiring me to wear stronger lenses? If I don't wear glasses will my eyes start adapt so that they can return to normal vision? 17 years old.
