I am 17. I have been wearing glasses since 4-5 years.My power is -4.00 In the left eye and -4.75 in the right eye. I have a very hectic schedule and wearing glasses makes it very uncomfortable. I wanna switch to contacts. But i have no idea about them. Which ones should i buy? The monthly ones or the daily ones? My friend told me to buy the daily ones first because they are soft and she told me to switch to the monthy ones once i get used to the soft daily ones.
