I don't know what my vision is but I remember my prescription is said -3.75 sph on my right and sph -4.01 on my left I don't know how you calculate it, tomorrow i'm going to get new glasses and a prescription and I am VERY worried :( I know it will get worse, and if the lens will get thicker and omg they make your eyes look ugly :( At the moment I am very worried as I am concerned what if my vision gets to -10, -11 every year it's getting worse. I am 13 help .
