I've got contact lenses and glasses with the insufficient prescription and my optometrist has confirmed corneal irritation and decline in eyesight due to soft lenses. He's ordered in my new glasses but they haven't arrived yet so I have to wear contacts to school (the glasses i have now seriously don't help much I can't see much better in them) but my eyes hurt so much and they always tear up. I don't want to continue hurting my eyes like this because I am worried about the consequences and yet I have no other choice? What do I do?
