Hi there,
i have myopia of around -2.5.
i was thinking if i don't wear my eye glasses all the time, will my eye sight worsen and increase to -3 or so?
i will wear it when i want to see clear at far distances and when i'm at home, i don't need it, so can i not wear it?
Please help me, this is a serious issue for me, thank you
