I'm 47 and every year my vision goes up a bit; just went for my check up and it went up again; I was a -6:00 in my left and a -7.50 in my right, my left went up to -7.00 and my right went up to -8.00. I feel at this rate they'll have no more soft lenses left for me. I. Asked my doctor and he said don't worry but I am worried, I don't want to end up in hard lenses. Also is it normal to always go up every yr? Could you end up with issues with your vision because it just goes up, it doesn't seem normal to go from a -6.00 to a -7.00. I am not yet in readers and have a lazy left eye.My doctor just said its myopia.
