I am dyslexic and have used a blue filter to read.It is annoying to keep lifting the filter to rite on the paper. I have been told about tinted lenses that I can get but my optician said they he don't believe that they work so he wont test me for them. He also told me they are seriously exspencive. I have looked on the internet and have found tinted lenses but they have different strengths. I don't want to get the wrong strength and hurt my eyes so I was thinking about putting self adhesive blue tint on the glasses i already have.would this work OK till I can get proper help.any other ideas are welcome thanx
