Hi
I'm french and planing to come to live in Philippines soon. Now is the time to chose the city where i will live and i selected 3 of them. Which one do you think wil lsuit the best my "needs"?
> Iloilo City
> Tagbilaran City (close to cebu if i need specific stuffs)
> Lapu Lapu City (close to cebu if i need specific stuffs)
1. Having contact lenses, i need a city that has optical center where i could buy my products for my contact lenses
2. I don't have any health problem, but a city with good hospital
3. A city were the climate is bearable (if one of them has, if no, i'll get used to it i think)
4. High speed/bandwith internet (at least 4mbps) because it's what i use for work, so it's very important
5. Securite (i do'nt plan on living in close gated houses etc.but i need a city quite secure where we can walk day and night with no problems, go running etc.
6. Beautiful city, not dirty like can be manilla or even Cebu, and with nice nature surrounding the city (beaches, forrest etc.)
7.Im not a money spender, i eat 98% of the time at home and not in restaurant, i go to movie sometimes and love to visit places, but i don't go in nightclubs or stuffs like that and will be just fine in a nice 35m² with condiitonaing air.

Added (1). Misia > actually i'm more of a city guy (lived near paris all my life, so… ), but i need a city not too dirty and with green spaces, trees etc.
