What is something people notice about you right away?

I have a cataract, my left eye. If you don't know what that is, it's basically a cloudy lens. I can't see out of it, kind of looks like blindness.

That's what mine looks like, but less bloody.
Added (2). I don't have the insurance, or the money.It's not like I can't live with it, anyway.
