Hey what should I use for my contacts that I have?
I bought the life brand one from shoppers that says- "sterile"
"for rinsing and storing of soft contact lenses" "not for use as a disinfectant" It also says "sterile, gentle ph balance formula. For use as a rinsing agent with chemical and hydrogen peroxide disinfecting systems." Is that good? And do I keep the contacts in this all the time when not in use?

Added (1). So, is this not normal saline? It is a life brand Saline. Would this one be fine or is there a more normal one?
