I just got contact lenses a few weeks ago. I was taking a shower, when I realized I was wearing them and remembered my doctor said I wasn't supposed to wear them in the shower so I jumped out immediately and took them off, the right was easy but the left took me a while but I eventually got it off. This has never happened before. I looked up my question on the Internet and found out that you can get an infection because of this. What is the probability of me getting an infection? What kind of infection? I'm really scared… Someone please help…
