I'm about to go to to a contact lens exam, and I've never had contacts before or put anything into my eye.
What should I expect? What should I do to prepare? I'm kind of nervous!
Also, I have on acrylic nails.should I take them off? I'm scared they'll interfere with me putting contacts in and out of my eye.
